friend and collector Richard W. Morgan of Montage, California.

They are silver inlaid with line design and 2" rowels with engraved rowel
spacer and jingle-bobs and silver spots straps.

Maker: D.E. Walker, Visalia, Ca. It was his only saddle- any pictures showing
him in a saddle will be of this one.

We have the original and can custom
make replicas. This double rigged, otherwise West of the Rockies style
saddle, with high fork an' canille, packs a 70 foot rawhide rope. It is
strong on pretty, and the rider usually swung a big loop. He used plenty
of hoss jewelry, silver mounted spurs, bits an' conehos, and used a romel,
or quirt braided to the end of his reins.
