For Best Results:

  • Before ordering a port, please make sure that your account with your current provider is in good standing, active, and does not have any special “Freeze” on the line that would prevent the numbers from being ported.
  • Account PIN’s and Passwords may be required for the port request to be accepted by your current provider.

Local = numbers with a local area code (ex: 503, 541, 971,etc)
Toll Free = numbers with 800 series area code (ex: 800, 888, 877, 866, etc)

It is advised you have a copy of your current phone bill on hand when you fill out your LOA webform. If you don’t have time right now to fill out your LOA, You will also have been emailed the direct link to this page so you can fill out later, however note that a delay in submitting this information may delay our ability to obtain your numbers for use.
